Baptisms and Weddings (Covid)

Baptism is when we welcome a new member into Christ's Church.  Traditionally, babies are brought to be baptised (or christened), but often adults decide that they want to make a public declaration of their faith in Jesus.

Baptisms usually take place during the main Sunday morning service or in a more informal afternoon service.  Before the baptism takes place, one of our baptism visitors will call to see you to talk with you about baptism and about the practical arrangements for the baptism service.

Wedding services are by arrangement

Sharing your baptism or wedding is a privilege that is very special to us at St. Andrew's.

Unfortunately whilst we are in UK Tier 4/Lockdown under the coronavirus regulations we are not able to offer baptisms and weddings at the moment and cannot be certain at what point they can resume.  Please re-visit the site when there is a change of Tier.  However, if you would like to talk to us about a Baptism or Wedding please contact one of our team.
